Any manufacturing and/or conformity defect is guaranteed for two years from the date the product was shipped to you.

To apply the warranty, please notify us in writing of the defect encountered within two months from the day the defect was identified. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your warranty claim. The product will have to be returned to us for replacement, the shipping costs being borne by the customer. Upon receipt and validation by our technical service, we will send you back the same new product free of charge, or a voucher for the value paid if the item is no longer available.

In the unlikely event of stone loss, we offer a specific service for this particular case where you will be able to replace your item, by the same, at the price of 50% of its original retail price including VAT, excluding discount. This special service is applicable from the date of shipment of your product, for a period of 5 years.

Please note that a defect will be considered non-existent if, at the time of ordering, you knew of the defect, could not reasonably have been unaware of it or if the defect is attributable to you. We also specify that normal wear and tear, the appearance of scratches or a patina of colour due to repeated wearing of our products cannot constitute a manufacturing and/or conformity defect covered by the warranty.

We remind you that it is important to take into account the particular nature of a piece of jewellery to enjoy years of pleasure wearing it. In particular, we recommend avoiding contact with perfumes and abrasive products such as chlorine from swimming pools or sea salt.
