Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Upon confirmation of your payment, we will send you an email detailing your purchase and delivery information.

We will always endeavour to ship in stock products within 2-4 working days. Please bear in mind delivery times may vary based on stock, local and international public holidays and/or events outside our reasonable control.

Shipments are made by bpost courier service, or its’ local partners, depending on the destination. All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.

Each order is wrapped and protected in our branded packaging.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

If you receive your order and it is damaged or incorrect in any way please take a picture and contact our customer services team on info@capricci.com and we will do our best to correct this.

Our returns policy is valid 30 calendar days, date of purchase. Beyond 30 calendar days refunds or exchanges are not accepted.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with its original labels.

Returned goods must be sent to: Designer Europe, Avenue du Chant d'Oiseau 50, 1150 Woluwe-Saint-Pierre Bruxelles, Belgium.

We strongly recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking number as we cannot be held responsible in case your return does not reach us. For further information, please read the Shipping section further down or contact us at info@capricci.com

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take a few days.

Late or missing refund

Please contact your credit card company or your bank as the processing time can vary from one operator to another. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@capricci.com.

Sale items

Discount priced items can be refunded. If a discount is applied to your order, the amount of the discount will also be applied to the refund value. If your order includes several items benefiting from a discount, but you only return one, the amount refunded will include the original price of the item returned, less the discount applied in the case of a percentage. In the case of a voucher, the refund will take into account the value of the voucher divided by the number of items that benefited from it.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they present a defect or if they arrive damaged.  If you need to exchange it, we will replace it by the same item. Should the item no longer be available, we will ask you whether you wish to opt for a voucher of the same value of your returned item, or for a refund.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the person receiving the gift, the refund policy cannot apply to the beneficiary of the gift, but the beneficiary will receive a voucher for the value paid by the person offering the gift. Once we receive the returned item and it complies with our Returns requirements, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the gift giver will be responsible for returning the product and applying for a refund.

Shipping

You must return your product to: Designer Europe, Av. du Chant d'Oiseau 501150 Brussels. You will be responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any cost of return shipping charged to us will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service when you send your returned item. Whether you use a trackable or non-trackable postage service, in either case we cannot be held responsible if your return item does not reach us.
